APPLETREE and MISTLETOE converted cottages, face west with garden next to orchard. THE HIDEWAY , an annexe of the farmhouse, offers tiny but charming accommodation (with spiral staircase and internal balcony!) to couples or singles (not suitable for babies or pets).

Walking distance to World Heritage Jurassic Coast, S.W. coastpath, sea, river and 2 pubs in pretty Devon village at the peaceful end of the Lyme Regis - Axmouth 'Undercliff'. Barn Cottage

2 Cottages - Situated on the edge of Woodbury Common, Lufflands is ideally suited for both a quiet walking holiday or for touring the coasts and countryside of South Devon.

Lufflands is only 10 minutes by car from the beaches at Budleigh Salterton or Exmouth and within easy reach of either Exmoor or Dartmoor National Parks, with all their varied scenery.

The historic Cathedral city of Exeter with its old dock area is very accessible by car, Park and Ride, or train, and Plymouth is only one hour away by car.

There are many local places of interest and a large variety of things to do in the area.

Lovely walks can be taken from the house and there is birdwatching on the Common. Nearby, there is golf, riding, and sailing on the River Exe. This area abounds in attractions and is, in all respects, a superb holiday destination.

Niche Cottage is newly converted from a cider barn with the sympathetic transformation retaining all the charm and features of the original building whilst incorporating the necessities of modern life.

Nook and Cranny are charming one bed-roomed cottages again with original features, superbly presented and furnished to high standards of comfort.

Garden Cottage

3 Cottages - Twistgates is located close the River Otter in the Heart of the Blackdown Hill, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Excellent walking along winding lanes with few cars. Exmoor is to the North and the South the cliffs, coombes and safe beaches that lie between Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are half an hour away by car.

The cottages have been converted from a stone barn. WEATHERVANE COTTAGE is single storey and sleeps 6 in three bedrooms and GARDEN COTTAGE has one bedroom. Each cottage has night storage heating and a wood burning stove.
MEADOW COTTAGE sleeps 4 in 1 double and 1 twin.

Haybarton

18th century Bidwell Farm and its Haybarton Annexe have been renovated and tastefully restored in recent years by its present owners. Many traditional features have been lovingly conserved and Haybarton now has all the comforts of modern day living.

The farmhouse is set in five acres of tranquil countryside with its own trout pond. There are glorious unspoiled views from all aspects and only a few minutes walk from the centre of the pretty Domesday farming village of Upottery with its thatched cottages and ancient inn.

Bidwell Farm is about 4 miles from the market town of Honiton which was one of the centres of the mediaeval cloth trade. It now has antique furniture and bookshops which are renowned in the South West. Explore the wilds of Dartmoor and Exmoor or the lovely beaches of Dorset and Devon all within easy driving distance.

2 Cottages - Snodwell Farm is a Georgian farmhouse situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, set around a central courtyard, where the indoor heated pool, the Cottage and the Annexe and Fitness Studio are located.

The large grounds are surrounded by farmland and there are many lovely walks from the properties.

Honiton renowned for its lacemaking and antique shops, is 5 miles away and there are several local pubs serving excellent food. Lyme Regis is 20 minutes drive and is officially listed as a World Heritage Site.

Courtmoor Farm is set in 17 acres of gardens, grounds and woodlands only 4 miles from Honiton. The driveway which is 1/3 mile long is accessed from the A30 road. It is in an idyllic position with breathtaking views of the Otter Valley.

Weather permitting, the village of Upottery can be reached by a pleasant country walk across neighbouring farmland.

All guests are encouraged to make use of the grounds and facilities available.

Courtmoor Farm is ideally placed for moor or coast and provides an ideal base for exploring.

There is a fitness suite and four person sauna which is open daily and free to guests. Only guests over the age of 16 can use the exercise equipment.

There is a children’s play area. A barbecue is available for hire.

Sunshine Cottage is located 1 minute from the main street and 4 minutes walk to the beach.

Beer is an attractive historic fishing village nestling between soaring white cliffs famous for it’s lace making, stone and smuggling.

An ideal resort for families – clean, safe beach – beach huts available for daily or weekly hire

Enjoy the beach cafés – a stroll along the coastal path – eat a Devonshire Cream Tea.

Its location is superb for visiting sights in Devon and Somerset being just off the A303 and not far from the M5. There are plenty of beautiful walks allowing you to enjoy the lovely Devon landscape.

This property can be booked in conjunction with Watchford Lodge for persons up to 11, which is a pleasant walk or drive 1/4 mile away.

A specific feature of the property are the unspoilt beautiful views of the Blackdown Hills, an area known for its outstanding natural beauty. The Lodge enjoys a quiet unspoilt location yet it is easy accessible to the M5/A303, being 8 miles from the market towns of Taunton and Honiton. The nearest village is Churchingford with an excellent pub, shop and surgery being approximately 1 mile away.

If you are after a break from the "hustle and bustle" of daily life, Watchford Lodge would prove to be a great location - you will not be disappointed!

The charming Devon town of Seaton is less than a mile away. Also close at hand are Axmouth, Beer and Branscombe; Lyme Regis is 12 minutes and Sidmouth 15 minutes away by car. Within close proximity to the cottage are the White Hart and the Wheelwright pubs of Colyford.

This situation provides excellent access to the attractions of southern Devon; Exeter is close by and that part of the coast is abundant with picturesque seaside towns and villages.
