Lufflands is only 10 minutes by car from the beaches at Budleigh Salterton or Exmouth and within easy reach of either Exmoor or Dartmoor National Parks, with all their varied scenery.
The historic Cathedral city of Exeter with its old dock area is very accessible by car, Park and Ride, or train, and Plymouth is only one hour away by car.
There are many local places of interest and a large variety of things to do in the area.
Lovely walks can be taken from the house and there is birdwatching on the Common. Nearby, there is golf, riding, and sailing on the River Exe. This area abounds in attractions and is, in all respects, a superb holiday destination.

The cottages have been converted from a stone barn. WEATHERVANE COTTAGE is single storey and sleeps 6 in three bedrooms and GARDEN COTTAGE has one bedroom. Each cottage has night storage heating and a wood burning stove. MEADOW COTTAGE sleeps 4 in 1 double and 1 twin. |
