4 Cottages & 2 types of Static Caravans - Grange Farm Brighstone Bay, is situated on the South West coast of the Isle of Wight, approximately 5 miles from Freshwater Bay to the west, and 10 miles from Ventnor to the east. The picturesque village of Brighstone lies half a mile to the north.
The whole area is idea for fishing, fossil hunting and cycling, a walkers paradise. There is good access to our sandy beach which is safe for swimming and un-crowded with unpolluted fresh sea air!
There are a number of farm animals including Water buffalo, Llamas, Horse, donkey, Shetland pony and many more. In the Play area there are 2 play boats, trains, hay-cart, slide, see-saw, rope-bridge, stepping stones, 4 swings & a flat tyre swing.
The Haybarn, Stables & Dairy have been converted from stone barns, and overlook the farmyard with views of Brighstone downs, Grange Chine and the Sea. The Cabin has been converted from a stone and rustic wooden barn, and overlooks the sea and children's play area, it is about 2 minutes walk to the beach and is situated next door to the Llamas stable!
The Static Caravans are set on a plateau where the Brighstone Life Boat Station was situated many years ago, they overlook the sea and Chine, with very easy access to our sandy beach, for parents peace of mind there is a fence in front of the caravans, Fri-Fri models can sleep upto 8 persons (1 double bed, 4 childrens beds + double bed in lounge) Sat-Sat models up to 6 persons (same but with only 2 childrens beds.)
A perfect location for an enjoyable holiday on the Isle of Wight.

| Chelsea Cottage |

Chelsea cottage is very peacefully situated in a row of terraced cottages away from main roads. The cottage is on a steep hill and faces south-east. From the living-room, conservatory, front bedroom and garden there is a panoramic uninterrupted sea view over the Channel.
The main Ventnor shops are about five minutes walk away, though the Library, nearest general store and newsagent are only a couple of minutes away.It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Ventnor beach and about the same time to Bonchurch beach. From both these beaches there is good safe bathing. There are delightful walks from Ventnor through the wooded landslip to Shanklin, along the coastal path towards St Catherine's Point, and up to St Boniface Down (the highest point on the Island, which shelters Ventnor from cold northerly winds).
Ventnor is well served by buses to all parts of the Island. The bus service from Ryde Esplanade station, also serving Shanklin station, stops close to the cottage.

In small mews just 2 minutes off the harbourside High Street of Cowes. This coveted yachtsmans home has the spectacular feature of a 22' sun deck overlooking the harbour. An ideal spot to sip a 'sundowner' or use those binoculars!
Just 150 yards from the waters edge it's ideally placed to visit Cowes fine fish restaurants, character pubs or watch spectacular yachting. Recently refurbished throughout to a high standard, this flexible accommodation is ideal for: families, two families holidaying together or couples.

The house is on the quayside at Bembridge Marina with spectacular views over the harbour on one side and long reaching views over the Yar River Valley to Brading on the other. Birdwatchers have a fantastic watch-tower view over the newly acquired RSPB Reserve.
Close by are beaches, scenic walks, fishing, sailing and the Brading Haven Yacht Club. There are many delightful pubs and restaurants in St. Helens and Bembridge.
All rooms have the most stunning views either overlooking the harbour or the valley.

Just a short sea crossing from Portsmouth or Southsea visitors can enjoy the miles of golden sand and shallow coast waters. Situated in a peaceful location the cottage offers an ideal retreat for those who wish to escape.
There are plenty of activities for all visitors to enjoy; The Esplanade has a marina, gardens, bowling green, amusement arcade, ice rink and boating lake. The shopping area hosts a number of tiny boutiques, antique shops and curio shops. All within easy walking distance.
For those who wish to explore the island further there’s the Brading Waxworks and Flamingo Park, roughly a 10-minute drive away. Seaview is close by where in the summer the main activity is sailing.
