Situated within Polzeath village about 250 metres from the beach.
Set back from the Old Polzeath road by a hedged garden and driveway, the apartment is spacious, light and airy and well furnished. Previously used as a holiday home by the owners it has been fitted out and kept to a high standard.

In the Village is a Post Office, newsagent, Spar supermarket, surf shop and surf school and several eating out places, Padstow and Rock are also nearby.

This apartment is ideally situated for family beach holidays. The beach is a paradise for children and safe for surfing and swimming. Beautiful, unspoilt walks along NT coastline, arguably some of the finest coastal scenery in Britain. Good sailing is to be had at Rock (2 miles). There is also a water ski school and fishing trips available at Rock. Pony trekking and several golf courses are available nearby. The Eden Project is about 40 minutes drive, and well worth a visit.

Relax and unwind in our homely detached bungalow, situated in a peaceful Hamlet just 5 minutes drive to the popular Elizabethan harbour village of Boscastle.

5 Cottages - At the end of a private tree lined drive, in a south facing hollow, stand The Roundhouse, Beech, Ash, Pond Meadow and Little Leighs - cottages converted from 18th Century farm buildings. The 3 acre grounds include attractive lawned gardens with picnic tables and barbecues, a large playing field with swings and a copse for the exercising of dogs.

Inside these cosy cottages there are open beamed ceilings and interesting floor to ceiling trusses lean drunkenly, adding a depth of character to the rooms. The furnishings are comfortable with floral fabrics enhancing honey pine furniture and wood burning stoves set in granite fireplaces.

This is a haven for walkers yet within a few minutes' drive of delightful North Coast beaches. Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven are both within a short drive. Other places to visit along the coast are Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Padstow and Clovelly.

It is an ideal place for children, well positioned for a choice of beaches. For those who like walking, Gwynver and Sennen Cove are 30-40 mins away along the cliff path. Nowhere in West Penwith are you far from the sea. There are sparkling sandy beaches, granite moors, rugged cliffs and fishing coves.

There are excellent walks, swimming, surfing, shore, boat and fly fishing. There is an 18 hole golf course about 3 miles away. A wind surfing school and riding stables are in the area. Pleasure flights and even flying lessons are available at Land's End aerodrome. You can visit the famous Minack Theatre at Porthcurno. There are a number of restaurants locally.

Places to visit include museums/sites, art galleries (including Tate, St Ives), craft shops, gardens, Eden Project, theme parks and Goonhilly satellite station.

Campion Cottage

2 Cottages - Dairy Cottage and Camption are situated on the outskirts of a small and peaceful Cornish village and enjoys superb views of the rolling countryside and the sea. Their unique position allows complete peace and tranquillity and yet the coast and Bude itself is only 1.5 miles away.

The gardens have been developed over the years and in the summer there is a riot of colour from beds, tubs and urns.

There is a recreation field suitable for all ball games together with a children’s adventure playground. The leisure complex houses a superb 40’ heated indoor swimming pool, table tennis and pool tables. Adjoining the swimming pool is the laundry room, which has both washing machines and tumble dryers.

Dairy cottage is a favourite with children, as it is an upside-down two-storey conversion of an original farm building. Julians House is a very romantic one storey cottage which sleeps 4. Spacious but cosy.

Caradoc is easily accessible by road and is close to Port Isaac. Rock and Polzeath and family beach Daymer Bay. The market town of Wadebridge is 8 miles away. There are many fine golf courses and cornish gardens. Tate Gallery at St Ives and the Eden Project both easily reached.

This house is equally suitable for 2-4 people at half the rate or the same rates as Julian's House.

Castaway Cottage

Grade II Listed cottage set off the road at the end of a picturesque row of thatched cottages, Castaway itself is a delightful 300-year-old miner's cottage and is located in Goonbell just on the outskirts of the village. It has many traditional Cornish features such as thick cob walls, beamed ceilings and wooden floors, but has all the comforts of home. There is also a lovely, quiet and secluded Mediterranean-style garden. There is also a sundeck, which as well as providing a sheltered spot to relax in the sun, is also a great place to have a barbeque whilst watching the sunset over St Agnes beacon.

St Agnes is a thriving village on the North Coast of Cornwall and is very popular with visitors. It has several pubs and restaurants along with shops and art and craft galleries, all of which are within easy walking distance from Castaway Cottage. St Agnes also has three beaches, two of which are ideal for families (toilets and cafes close by), whilst Travellas beach is a short walk across the cliff top and is both totally unspoilt and very secluded. Porthtowan and Perranporth are a couple of miles either side of St Agnes and both superb surfing beaches.

For those who like walking there are miles of superb coastal footpaths as well as many woodland and valley walks. For the sporty, there are riding stables and tennis courts just a few minutes walk from the cottage, or why not have your first surfing lesson?

Chy Barnett

Standing on its own in the ancient and beautiful Penwith landscape, Chy Barnett has sea views from all its main rooms. Inside the house, built in 1905, the original wood floors and wood panelling have been kept, together with the pretty tiled fireplaces.

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with three double bedrooms and one single, dining room with multi fuel stove, sitting room, large kitchen and conservatory which provides breathtaking views of gorgeous sunsets. Night storage heating is included in the rent.

The garden is mostly hydrangea and membretia, but there is plenty of grass on which to set out the garden chairs and where children can play. About 300 yards along the track and scramble over fairly low rocks brings you to a lovely sandy cove with good swimming at low tide.

Coach Cottage

These cottages were converted from an old coach house and are idyllically situated in the tranquil grounds of Stewarts House; the views are delightful over rolling hills towards Bude Bay - at night the lights of Bude and the bay can be seen in the distance.

Both cottages share a pretty Victorian walled garden facing east for the morning sun and to the west, a spacious patio equipped with chairs and tables for dining al fresco - a perfect place for the afternoon sun and enjoying barbecues.

The village of Week St Mary is a pleasant short stroll away; the vuillage square has a post office stores and ancient church; the Green Man public house with a lively programme of weekly music and good food welcomes children; and there is a children's playground with a tennis/basket ball court also locally.

There are beautiful beaches and coastline of Widemouth and Bude - famous for surfing - historic Launceston with its ancient castle and steam railway; King Arthur's Tintagel; Boscastle and the delightful Clovelly.

Cottage 1

These 2 cottages sit side by side in the wooded valley of St Agnes. They have been fully refurbished and provide comfortable, well equipped holiday accommodation. Both the beach, and the village, are easily accessible on foot.

The cottages are half a mile from some of the loveliest coastline in Britain and the dramatic granite cliffs bear testament to the long-gone mining era on which this community was built. Small local shops sell all the essentials and the county town of Truro is just 9 miles away. There are restaurants and pubs at St Agnes.

These fine cottages are wonderfully placed in this interesting village that has become renowned for its surfing and beaches.

Eastcliffe - a listed traditional fisherman's cottage with stunning sea view is one of the nearest holiday cottages to the beach and harbour to have its own secluded private parking - a rarityin the old village.

The cottage, which is architectually listed, has been completely refurbished inside to the highest standard whilst retaining original features such as exposed beams and an open fire.

There is a paved sitting area at the rear and a patio, raised above street level at the front (garden furniture provided). Ideally situated for restaurants, pub, shops and beach.

Easterly Cottage

Easterly Cottage is a Grade 2 listed thatched cottage situated in the village of Poughill (pronounced Poffle).

Easterly is well equipped and charmingly furnished. The pretty courtyard garden is full of mature shrubs, honeysuckle and perennials.

The resort town of Bude is just a short distance away from Poughill. It has an 18 hole golf course, The Splash swimming pool complex and a well equipped sports centre. There are many good beaches locally including Crooklets beach (ideal for surfers and rock-pool devotees) and Widemouth Bay.

Further afield are Bodmin Moor, Exmoor and Dartmoor and the lovely fishing villages of Boscastle and Clovelly, historic Tintagel and world famous Padstow and the Eden project - all within easy reach.

Elm Tree Cottage

Quaint thatched cottage in pretty village, close to the coast. There are original flagstone floors, beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace with electric woodburner. The light and airy kitchen overlooks the cottage style garden where there is a picnic table and barbecue.

The cottage is well equipped and comfortably furnished and overlooks the village square. Marhamchurch is a friendly village with two churches, a Post Office store and a pub which has a varied menu.

There are plenty of lovely walks around the village and you can stroll into the resort town of Bude along the canal towpath, or cycle along the cycle way. Elm Tree Cottage is an ideal base for all North Cornwall has to offer. Second cottage also available.

Fernwood

This holiday home is a modern chalet style house constructed in 1995. It is situated in the quiet and secluded village of St Columb Minor and yet only 10 minutes away from the popular resort of Newquay with its famous beaches and golden sands.

Our closest beach, "Porth" is only 15 minutes walk from St Columb Minor. The village itself has a Public House, church, grocery stores, fish and chip shop and country walks.

St Columb is ideally situated for touring Cornwall with many tourist attractions including the famous Eden Project, within easy reach.

Glenvalley Cottage
	Glenvalley cottage is a privately owned two bed roomed cottage conveniently situated close to Rock, Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Padstow Ferry. Being on it's own in the countryside, we have a lovely view across to Wadebridge and beyond. We are just down the lane from the main road to Wadebridge, giving ready access to all the wonderful things that Cornwall has to offer.

Gwent Cottage

Gwent cottage is a Victorian cottage close to the 14th century church, the village pub and a small Post Office shop.

St Issey lies equidistant between Wadebridge and Padstow. A variety of tourist attractions are within easy reach in addition to the golden sands for bathers and surfers, waymarked country walks, spectacular coastal paths and the Camel Estuary cycle trail.

This cosy cottage is comfortably furnished and although modernised, retains much of its character with exposed beams and a rayburn for winter warmth. All bedrooms have ample clothes storage and bedside lights.

The owners service the premises and all bed linen is supplied; electricity is included in the price and there is a full range of domestic appliances, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

	This is a delightful character cottage in the old part of Padstow. It is set 300 yards from the harbour/shops. The cottage has old beams, pine furniture, cushioned window seats. There is a garden with a sunny terrace, patio and private car parking. Holly Cottage provides an ideal base for touring Cornwall or it serves just as well as a getaway.

Our three Cottages are converted from original farm buildings and feature mellow stone elevations under slate roofs. Sleeping between 2 and 7 and surrounded by open Cornish farmland Colesent is the ideal base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. The inland start to the famous "Camel Tail" is literally at the end of our drive and provides a traffic free walking and cycling path along the Camel River to Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow.

We situated between the pretty villages of St Tudy and Blisland, in beautiful peaceful countryside between the coast and Bodmin Moor. Colesent is at the end of a wooded drive and overlooks the Camel Valley.

You will enjoy the stunning views over the surrounding Duchy of Cornwall farmland and for miles beyond with no towns in sight. You can walk or cycle straight from your cottage and enjoy the tranquillity of this area. If you are visiting during the winter or a cold spell then two of the cottages have open log fires to curl up in front of with the Bulls House having a log burner. As central heating is provided in all cottages Colesent really is a wonderful place to stay at any time of year.

Honey Cottage nestles firmly in the heart of the old village, a minute's walk away from the harbour and close to shops and restaurants.

The Cottage has been in the Honey family for over a hundred years. What is now Jim's room was once the sail loft where Jim Honey kept all his fishing gear. You can see his photograph in the lounge.

One of the beauties of Port Isaac is that it is perfectly place for touring. Set yourself up for the day with a pre-breakfast stroll down to the harbour where you might see the fishing boats setting out. After breakfast, you'll be heading for the coast path or the beach, either nearby Port Gaverne or, perhaps, Polzeath, (5 miles away) one of the finest, safest surfing beaches on the North Cornish coast. And there are fishing trips, riding, and golf at the famous St Enedoc course, all close by.

Longstones is a sympathetically renovated 16th century dwelling whose huge inglenook fireplace and cloam oven have been carefully preserved, along with a wealth of timbers and slate of the period.

The house is of stone and slate construction, under a slate roof and stands in its own grounds overlooking a wooded valley about a mile from the sea, at Crackington Haven. Protected by rugged cliffs and incredible scenery, the sheltered Haven offers safe swimming and spectacular surf.

Longstones has central heating and is double glazed. We are open all year and make an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall.

Pa's is a delightful whitewashed thatched cottage, 60 metres from the sandy and surfing beach of Crackington Haven.

Crackington is an unspoilt cove flanked by magnificent cliffs with a coastal path giving superb views across the valley and coast. The beach provides endless entertainment with fascinating geology, wonderful rock pools and invigorating surf.

Pa's is well equipped and charmingly furnished. A slate porch leads to a spacious sitting/dining room with beams and thick cob walls and an open fireplace. Available all year round.

Local activities include swimming, surfing, coastal walks and tennis and there is an excellent pub nearby. Slightly further afield riding, sailing and golf are offered, as well as bowling and a cinema for those rainy days.

Park Farm

Park Farm is part of a very old farmhouse, and is completely self-contained. It is situated in the village of Marhamchurch, amongst a row of old cottages on a road called Hobbacott Lane. The house has genuine old oak beams, an inglenook fireplace, a slate hallway and in the all electric equipped kitchen is a large farmhouse scrubbed table.

The accommodation can sleep up to 6 persons. Park Farm is central to many pursuits and activities and there are excellent surfing and sandy beaches in Bude & Widemouth Bay, which are a 2 mile drive.

There is a tidal filled swimming pool, and Bude also has an indoor leisure pool and ten pin bowling alley. There are many scenic walks along cliff tops, and moorland walks are only 30 miles away. Dartmoor, including Bodmin Moor and also the Eden Project are only 35 miles away.

Pendragon Cottage is made from solid stone and has been converted from a 160 year old barn on a non-working farm overlooking Bodmin Moor and the many moorland churches and also St. Breock Hills. It has been converted to a high standard and has every comfort including a luxury bed, which will be made up for the tenants arrival. and peaceful and is an ideal base.

The beaches of Polzeath (surfing and safebathing) Daymer Bay, and Rock are within 2.5 miles
and PortQuin and Port Isaac within 5 miles. It is an area with an abundance of high quality eateries all adding to a wonderful surfing, beach, walking, golfing or just sitting and looking at the panoramic view holiday.

Our attractive and spacious barn conversion is set in a peaceful location surrounded by open farmland, yet is just 2 miles from the picturesque harbour at Padstow. Famous for Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, Cafe and Bistro, there are also a number of other good quality restaurants and pubs to enjoy.

Just 3 miles away are the famous "seven bays for seven days", and the golf course at Trevose. You will also find excellent walking along the Saints Way and Coastal Path, not to mention off road cycling along the Camel Trail. Horse riding, tennis, water-skiing and sailing are also available near by.

For the adventurous, there are extreme sports at Watergate Bay, 20 minutes away, and for the younger members of the family we are 5 minutes from Crealy Adventure Park.

If you want to explore further a field, we are only 30 minutes from the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House, no to mention numerous National Trust properties that are all within easy reach.

Seacott is a charming chalet nestled on the cuffs of Porthtowan. It directly overlooks a beautiful golden sandy beach. With sea views from almost every window Seacott is the perfect place to enjoy the surroundings.

The Beach, general store, post office, Hairdressers and two family welcome pubs are all with in a five-minute walk away from the chalet. There are also two surf shops with lesson and hire facilities.

The city of Truro is a fifteen minute drive away, with the usual superstores, lovely beaches, art and craft shops and many more pubs and restaurants can be found in the neighbouring village of St Agnes, which is a couple of miles away.

"The Cottage" is a traditional Cornish cottage built of Cornish slate with slate roof, wooden sash windows and lime washed interior.

It is very near the beaches - there is no need to get into your car - you just walk down sandy lane and thence onto the sandy beach. There is an adjoining rocky beach with rock pools and a good walk across the fields to Padstow. The National Trust Coastal Path passes through Trevone Bay.

The Cottage has been renovated with all the usual facilities, but retains its original cottage ambience with two open fires and gas central heating it is ideal for a winter break. There is a small area at the rear with rotary clothes line and bbq.
