8 Trefeddian Terrace
Large, warm comfortable Victorian family house facing dunes and a superb sandy beach, which is about 400 yds from the house.

There are facilities within the area for fishing trips, wind surfing, sailing, great golf, tennis, bowls, mini golf at Aberdovey; excellent swimming pool, steam railway at Tywyn (three miles); bird reserve, pony trekking, quad-biking a little further afield.

This is an ideal 2-family house.

Ardd Fach
4 Cottages - 'ARDD FACH' bungalow and the spacious cottage 'Y PENTY' are situated on Arosfyr Farm within easy walking distance of Dolgellau. They are set amidst terraced flower borders and have wonderful views of the Cader Idris Mountains. RHOSSON was built in the year 2000 and is luxuriously appointed. 'Y CUT' was ingeniously converted from a dairy.

There is parking for 2 cars at all cottages and secure bicycle stowage. Pet accepted by prior arrangement in Penty only.

These are excellent cottages, very well placed to discover the many, and varied, delights of this wonderful holiday region.

Y Penty, Ardd Fach and Rhosson have all been awarded 4 stars by the Wales Tourist Board.


Brongain
Brongain is situated in the Conwy valley in the village of Tyn-y-Groes. It is in an area of considerable landscape interest with views from front and rear over the mountains. The historic town of Conwy is nearby, with its famous castle. The cottage is in easy reach of Victorian Llandudno, Betws-y-coed and the Snowdon mountain range. Day trips to Chester and Anglesey with its beautiful beaches and historic towns are also to be enjoyed.

The cottage is built of a traditional stone from a local quarry and dates from late Victorian times. It has been refurbished with fitted carpets and comfortably furnished. There is an enclosed rear garden with elevations to the rear, with paving and gravel. A small stone store can be used for housing boots and outside gear.

An ideal touring base for mountains, walking, birdwatching and beaches. RSPB nature reserve and Bodnant Gardens close by. Good local food and pubs.

Bwthyn Ystum Gwadnaeth
Bwthyn Ystum Gwadnaeth is a restored 18th Century farmhouse on a 108 acre farm within the Snowdonia National Park. From the property you can walk through the mountains or the forests and take full advantage of the spectacular views of the Cader Idris mountains.

The beautiful Welsh seaside resort of Barmouth is only 25 minutes drive along the glorious Mawddach Estuary. Here you can enjoy the sand and sea, but also the various watersports on offer.

Bwthyn Ystum Gwadnaeth also offers free use of its private tennis court for the more active visitor.

Coedlan is a detached cottage situated in a quiet location approximately 5 minuets walk from the town centre of Dolgellau, Snowdonia.

It is within easy reach of sandy beaches (Fairbourne 8 miles) and there are numerous walks in the locality - Torrent walk 1.5 miles and Precipice walk 3 miles.

The Enthusiant can enjoy wonderful scenery on no fewer than five miniature streams and railways, each starting and ending their journeys at such places as quiet beaches, or busy little market towns or seaside resorts.

There are views of the Cader Idris mountains from the main bedroom and the lounge windows.....

Deuglawdd
The cottage adjacent to farmhouse is set on a working farm, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The cottage has its own small private garden to the rear.

The quaint village of Aberdaron withits own beach, shops, and pubs is just a 10 minutes walk.

The famous whistling sands is just a short drive, boat trips to Bardsey Island, fishing, surfing, cycling, cliff top walks over national trust land or just relax by the sea.

Snowdon is about an hours drive.

The cottage is available all year and for weekend breaks off peak.

There is an extra charge for pets of £10, and please could dogs be kept on leads when they are around the working farm.

Glan-Dwyryd
Glan-Dwyryd is a detached, white-washed, stone cottage standing in the valley that runs below Ffestiniog. From the private parking bay the garden entrance leads down stone steps to the cottage, which is thus nicely secluded from the sound and sight of passing traffic.

On the ground floor the conservatory looks out over a stream. It is framed by woodland which all comes within the Snowdonia Reserve, all this natural beauty creates a tranquil setting and stunning views.The garden is small but full of colour.

Excellent walks are to be had from the cottage and it provides a good base to explore the many attractions of the area. The best beach of the locality (25 mins by car)is that at Harlech which offers safe bathing and miles of golden sands. Definitely worth a visit is the famous village of Portmeirion, which is close by and designed to resemble an Italian village.

Hen Gapel
Hen Gapel is a spacious detached two-bedroom cottage on the outskirts of the pretty village of Dolwyddelan in the picturesque Lledr Valley between Betws-y-Coed and Blaenau Ffestiniog. It is the perfect location for walking, mountaineering and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Snowdonia National Park and is just a half-hour drive from the beaches of the Lleyn Peninsula and Portmeirion.

Built in 1780, the cottage has recently been sympathetically restored to reveal its old beams and two large inglenook fireplaces and its tastefully furnished with antiques and natural sea grass floor covering.

A fast flowing stream runs beside the cottage and there are views of Moel Siabod, Dolwyddelan Castle and Snowdon to be enjoyed from the bedrooms.

Dolwyddelan is easy to reach by train, being on a branch line off the main London Euston to Holyhead railway and Hen Gapel is only 2 minutes walk from the station.


Llifon-Villa
This semi-detached 3 storey house is situated in the small hamlet of Clynnog-fawr, an unspoilt little village set between the mountains and the sea, and an ideal centre from which to explore the whole of Snowdonia, Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula. A few doors away stands the astonishingly great church of St Beuno built on the site of the monastery founded in the 7th Century. Within two minutes walk, you’ll find an old coaching inn that serves good food, and caters well for families. Petrol station with Londis shop in the village.

Within less than a ten minute walk, you could find yourself walking on the sea shore – trying your hand at some beach casting or simply relaxing and enjoying the view!

Lower ground floor, which consists of laundry facilities/play area, opens to rear garden.

The large rear garden enjoys a sea view, and affords a patio set and barbecue. Parking for two cars.


Pen-y-Bryn
This is an attractive farm house with spectacular views of the estuary of Traeth Bach, the sea of Tremadog Bay and the mountains of Northern Wales including Snowdon.

It is surrounded by its own fields and woods yet only a few minutes walk from the main road. There are shops nearby and also sandy beaches with countryside suited to walking, climbing, golf, watersports and riding.

The house provides spacious and comfortable living accommodation to which the open fire gives a cosy ambience. It is a safe environment for children and has an ideal setting for a relaxed holiday.

Tremfor
'Tremfor' is a beautiful 17th century stone cottage. Built in 1656 it retains a wealth of character. Exposed oak beams and a stone inglenook fireplace with multi-burner add to its charm.

Set in 'Snowdonia National Park' Llwyngwril is a quiet seaside village on the mouth of the Mawddach Estuary.

Cardigan Bay has many beautiful beaches and the 'Cadair Idris' mountain range in the background, with it's lakes, forests and waterfalls offer spectacular scenery.

There are an abundance of activities within the area, these range from easy estuary walks to mountain climbs. There is a ski centre, lake and sea fishing, steam railways, RSPB reserves. Also gold and slate mines, historic castles and many more tourist attractions.

Ty'n-y-Ffos
Ty'n-y-Ffos and Ty'n-y-Ffos Bach are a pair of stone cottages over 100 years old. They have a magnificent site on a west-facing slope with spectacular views across the Lledr Valley to Moel Siabod and the Snowdon Horseshoe. In the foreground, about 100' lower, is Dolwyddelan, (5 minutes walk) with a good shop, Post Office, pub, hotel, church and station.

Dolwyddelan is an excellent base for exploring the Snowdonia National Park and for walking; mountains, moorlands, streams, lakes, forests and oakwoods make up the landscape. Attractions within easy reach include mountain biking, train journeys, castles, mines, and gorgeous sandy beaches.

Both cottages are well-equipped, well heated and have open fires. Many repeat visitors testify to the superb location and home comforts.

These period cottages are reached by eleven irregular slate steps, eight with hand-rail.

Tyddyn Felin
Situated on a quiet country lane and only a mile from the main road, Tyddyn Felin is a typical working farm and the cottage occupies one self-contained wing of the large farmhouse.

On the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and conveniently placed for the beaches and the mountains, the farm is within easy reach of National Trust properties and historical monuments.

Llanberis, to the north (and at the foot of Snowdon) offers the tourist a wide choice of attractions - slate museum, lake railway, pottery, craft shops and the 'electric mountain' centre. To the south, enjoy sandy beaches, golf courses and coastal walks. Visit the Rabbit Farm and the Riding Stables, throw a pot and print a shirt - all within easy reach of the farm.

Summer or winter, there is always plenty to occupy the youngsters and the grown ups - the farm stocks sheep & cattle and offers different activities from one week to the next.
