They are a 5 min walk from Lough Conn on a quiet country lane.
Each cottage has exposed stone walls, large stone fireplace, woodern floors & beamed ceilings, making them charming and cosy.
The area is a scenic spot with Loughs Conn & Cullen & the Nephin
Mountains as a backdrop.

There is free fishing & quiet walks.
Sightseeing throughout Mayo, Sligo & Connemara. Many visitor attraction & centres.

Fishing tackle shed with fridge & freezer. Boats for hire locally.

Coachhouse
Built in the style of old stone Donegal cottages these exquisite apartments are a land mark in themselves attracting visitors eager to view the restoration of the buildings and courtyard.

Situated between Lough Erne and Lough Derg, Pettigo is a picturesque village on the edge of Counties Donegal and Fermanagh. Ideal for those wishing to tour the West of Ireland or enjoy the world famous fishing of the local loughs, Pettigo can offer visitors a relaxing yet entertaining holiday when visiting this historical village.

Activities available locally include hill walking, cycling, a links golf course, pony trekking, surfing at Rossnowlagh beach, pot holing and sea angling.

Donegal Town is a short drive away and offers a fine selection of shops offering everything from fine food to Irish Tweed. The the west of Pettigo is the village of Belleek, where the factory famous for producing the Internationally renowned Belleek Pottery is located.


Garryduff
Irish Tourist Board 3 star approved chalet in the grounds of the owner's house. Located 1 km from town centre. Private parking, well equipped and comfortable.

This is a very good location for touring and fishing. Nearby local amenities and attractions include a lake walk, 9 and 18 hole golf courses, karting, 10 pin bowling, tennis, swimming, 7 screen cinema and fishing on Loughs Carra, Conn and Mask.

The local town and bar are only 1km away.

Old Farm Cottage
This charming cottage has been recently renovated by its owner. With all new furnishings, including all new modern conveniences.

1.5 miles from Sligo city but yet in a very scenic location close to mountains, Lough Gill (0.5 miles) and forest walks (1.0 mile). Located in a quiet rural area.

The house, situated in 0.5 acres of matured enclosed gardens includes play activities for children.

Rosses point and Strandhill beaches and golf courses are only 6 miles away. There is ample secured parking. The property is in a central location for touring the North West. Shops are just 0.6 miles away.

Sligo City is walking distance for theatres, restaurants, cinema and traditional pubs or a short taxi ride at a cost of €6. The owner lives close by.


River Edge
New 4 bedroom single storey house with open fire and oil centrally heated. Enclosed garden. Near 2 indoor swimming pools, horseriding schools, pitch and putt and 18 hole golf course.

Ideally based for touring Pontoon Lakes, Achill Island, Erris and Yeats country. Near several sandy beaches including Enniscrone seaside resort and Belleek Castle and woods.

The Anchorage
This luxurious house lies almost equal distance between the golden sandy beaches of Leenan and Tullagh. Guarded by the majestic Urris Hills on one side and the huge expanse of the Atlantic Ocean on the other, the house is the perfect base for all types of holidays.

The Anchorage has been recently restored and extended to very high standards. It sits on one acre of landscaped grounds (ideal for active children and adults alike). It offers sleeping arrangements for 9 people in 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite.
There are wooden or tiled floors throughout.

Although beautiful and wild, the Inishowen peninsula offers the tourist every amenity and is an ideal place for the family, golfer, angler, watersports enthusiast, hill walkers or the person who just wants to get away from it all.

Within easy reach of the house are Mamore gap, The Guns of Dunree Military Museum, Glenavan Waterfall, Ballyliffin Golf Club and Doagh Island Visitor Centre.

Sorry, stag or hen parties not catered for.


The Cottage
This charming thatched cottage has been lovingly restored by its owner, blendng antique charm and cosy turf fire with modern comforts.

It forms an ideal base to get away from it all, with a large enclosed garden and great views over the harbour and the distant Benbulben mountains.

Good road connections ensure easy access to activities, with boat trips, diving, horse riding, sailing, sea angling and five golf courses, as well as several fantastic stretches of sandy beach all close by.

Yeats Visitor Centre and a veriety of theatres in Sligo (10 miles). Traditional pubs and seafood restaurants locally.
