Wonderful walks, cycling, fishing, watersports, castles, miniature and coastle railways. Beatuiful "blue flag" beach and pretty harbour with stunning views of the Mawddach Estuary and Cader Idris all within 2 minutes walk.

Bran Llyn Cottage is centrally situated near town centre. Parking is available 2 minutes away in the large beachfront car park - fee £2.00/day (includes overnight). Good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Detached self-contained 18th Century stone cottage. Maintained to high standards. Set within 2-acre smallholding.

Peaceful countryside. Nearest village 0.5 miles. Elevated position giving stupendous panoramic views of Anglesey, Caernarfon and the bays. Approximately 800ft above sea level overlooking the Irish Sea.

Local for Snowdonia, Caernarfon and beaches 6 miles.


Bwthyn Bach
At the end of a little country lane on the outskirts of the village of Groeslon in the foothills of Snowdonia, Bwthyn Bach is a cosy, tastefully decorated quarryman's cottage in a quiet rural location.

The cottage is entered through a small sun lounge which looks out onto the patio lawn, and makes a pleasant spot to catch the afternoon and evening sun. This leads into the main living room with its simple, comfortable furnishings and cosy log fire.

The historic Royal Town of Caernarfon with its magnificent castle is 5 miles away. 10 minutes drive in the other direction is the popular beach of Dinas Dinlle with its seaside shops, cafes and safe bathing. Beyond this is the Llyn Peninsula with its many beaches and charming villages, and all around is the breathtaking beauty of the mountains of Snowdonia.

Welcome - Croeso! to two farm cottages with fabulous sea views, situated on the Lleyn Peninsula near the harbour village of Abersoch.

Providing an idyllic location for autumn and winter breaks, both cottages offer open log fires and highly graded by the Tourist Board.

Attractions include over 20 nearby beaches providing a haven for water sport lovers, local excursions to islands bursting with bird life, and exquisite bistros offering local seafood specialities, as well as railways, castles and caverns.

Coedmor Cottage
2 Properties - Coedmor Cottage is set in the gardens of the main house, overlooking the beautiful Mawwddach estuary and Cador Idris Mountains.

All on one level, the Cottage provides comfortable accommodation for 2/3 people at any time of the year. In the lounge, a woodburning stove provides additional warmth to the central heating throughout the Cottage.

Coedmor Barn is our other cottage ideal for a couple. Also situated in our grounds with a balcony overlooking the estuary, the Barn, though smaller than the cottage is fitted to the same 4 star standard.

Either Cottage or Barn is the perfect location for walking, bird-watching or just relaxing within easy reach of sandy beaches and the spectacular scenery of Snowdonia.



Golwg Y Mor
4 Star, beach-side house with direct access to sandy beach from sunny patio, via own gate. The large patio doors give an interrupted view of Cardigan Bay.

Being on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park there are many walks for the novice or the enthusiast within easy reach. Cadair Idris is a short drive away. Maps and guides are available in the house.

Dolphins and occasionally seals can be seen from the house on some days. Red Kites and choughs can be seen in the surrounding countryside. Ynys-hir RSPB reserve is about 50 minutes drive away. Explore Tal-y-llyn lake and the Dysynni Valley. Travel on the narrow-guage Tal-y-llyn steam railway.


Gwynt-y-Mor
Four bedroom property in quiet unspoilt location in Lleyn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Approximately half a mile from beautiful sandy beach of Penllech with babbling stream, waterfall and rock pools.

Just 1 mile from slipway at Porth Colmon. Located off a quiet country lane down a twin gated drive with a safe enclosed patio garden area plus parking for up to 4 cars.

Golf at Morfa Nefyn, Abersoch Porthmadog. Within travelling distance of Snowdonia National Park, good base for walking and touring holidays in and around North Wales.

Henllys is a pretty Welsh stone and slate cottage just a stone's throw from world famous Harlech Castle.

A quiet location off the high street means you can relax in peace but stroll a few yards from shops, bank, pubs and restuarants. A walk away are miles of golden sands at the beach, the renowned Royal St David's golf course and the beauty of Snowdonia's mountains.

Henllys - the book of the cottage!

The book Every Day Was Summer charted the lives of the Williams family who lived in the cottage that became Henllys in Edwardian times. Mrs Williams was in service and worked for many celebrities of the time who holidayed around Harlech including Denis Finch Hatton - the big game hunter and
adventurer Robert Redford's character was based on in the film Out of Africa and George Bernard Shaw.

Harlech - a town as old as history

Harlech is an ancient town with origins wreathed in myth and mystery. The Mabinogion - a book of Welsh legends dating back centuries - has many stories set in and around Harlech. Edward I built the famous castle, Owen
Glendower, the famous prince of wales ruled his realm from Harlech. The surrounding mountains are full of magic lakes, ancient stone rings and mysterious encampments.

The rocky promontory on which Harlech stands is the oldest exposed rock in
the world.

Today Harlech is a quiet town with good shops, restraurants and pubs just yards from Henllys front door.

Harlech is an excellent base for exploring Snowdonia and the beautiful beaches of North Wales, which start only a walk away. Golfers will also find a challenge at Royal St David's golf course, which nestles between Harlech
and the beach. Another nearby attraction is Portmerion, the Italianate village used as the set for the cult TV series the Prisoner.

One of the best walks is the magical Roman Steps - a slate stairway cut in to a mountain pass above the beautiful Cwm Bychan lake.



Melin Llecheiddior
Melin Llecheiddior is situated near the River Dwyfach and within easy reach of the sea and mountains.

It is a well equipped and comfortable house where children are welcome.

The cottage is centrally situated for touring Snowdonia, six miles from Portmador and four miles from Criccieth.

Persaur Y Mor
Persaur y Mor (meaning fragrance of the sea) is a modern house situated in quiet cul de sac in Tywyn where the mountains meet the sea on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park.

The house backs on to the beach and offers uninterrupted views of Cardigan Bay, perfect for a relaxing holiday or an activity break.

There is golf- Champion golf course on the links at Aberdyfi, only a few minutes drive away, sea fishing- from the beach only metres from the door with tackle hire two minutes walk from the house, walking- walk along the sands of Aberdyfi and visit the lifeboat station or go crabbing from the pier, explore the Dysynni Valley where miles of footpaths take you to spectacular viewpoints.

Take the Tallyllyn narrow gauge steam railway into the Snowdonia National Park, Visit Dolgoch waterfalls and the old slate mining village of Abergynolwyn.


Ysgubor Newydd
Ysgubor Newydd is situated on a working farm in the village of Henryd, which is about two miles from the medieval town of Conwy and only ten minutes drive from the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno.

The farm on which "Ysgubor Newydd" is situated is called "Bryn Tudur" and it is a working sheep farm. The farm also has hens, dogs a cat and a goat. Children are welcome to get to know the animals, play in the fields and there are designated footpaths near by and therefore they have an opportunity to explore the beautiful Conwy Valley.

There is something for all age's, come and experience what North Wales has to offer.
