Your holiday house is detached, four bedrooms (master ensuite) with one shower and w.c all on the ground floor. Upstairs is a spacious lounge with sofa seating for eight, TV and DVD player. A verandah overlooks the the furnished patio area. The kitchen/diner is large with electric cooker, microwave, toaster etc. Hot water is by immersion heater, and heating if necessary is provided by electric convector heaters.

There is an excellent, reasonably priced bar and restaurant on site, or try the numerous pubs with dining facilities in the area.

Cobwebs is within a short drive of Cornwall's most spectacular scenery. High Cliff has one of the best views over the ocean in North Cornwall, is about a mile and a half away, and is on the North Cornwall coastal footpath.

Little Lewdon

Little Lewdon is a pretty, detatched barn conversion accessed from a long private lane. The picturesque setting makes for beautiful views over the valley from the bedroom balcony.

The totally peaceful and tranquil wooded setting is adjacent to a nature reserve, yet well placed for the north of Cornwall and the North Devon Coastline, beaches and footpaths.

Built over 120 years ago Maymear is at one end of a terrace of five cottages in the picturesque and friendly village of St. Tudy.

The cottage is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The sleeping arrangements are two 3ft beds in one room and two 2ft 6ins beds in the other, both sets can be linked to form doubles. Outside is an attractive enclosed cottage style garden.

St Tudy offers a post office and store, pub, a 300 year old church and children's playing field. It is an ideal base for exploring the whole of Cornwall and Dartmoor. The Camel cycle trail starts just one mile away. The nearest beach is approximately 7 miles away. Padstow is 12 miles from the cottage and the fascinating Eden Project 16 miles.

There are many facilities in the area for activities such as golf, surfing and fishing and there are magnificent walks nearby.

Seveock Cottage lies in the heart of the Cornish countryside, in the pleasant hamlet of Greenbottom. The cottage is centrally located and ideal for visits to both coasts and is just 4 miles to the west of the Cathedral city of Truro with its excellent shopping facilities.

During your stay you can visit and enjoy: long stretches of beautiful coastline, rugged clifftops, breathtaking sea views, golden sandy beaches, quaint harbours, beautiful countryside and many visitor attractions, all within a short car journey.

The local golf club has excellent facilities and is just a five minute drive away. The historic port of Falmouth, just 20 minutes by car, offers a wide range of watersports, including sailing schools, boat charter, diving, dinghy and windsurfing lessons.

This attractive holiday home for 2-4 people is a sympathetically converted former stone barn designed with comfort in mind.

The Barn is situated to the rear of the owner's house in the Dunmere valley, 2 miles from the centre of Bodmin on the Wadebridge road. The property backs onto the picturesque Dunmere woods, with its lovely river walks, and the Camel Trail, a 17 mile long cycle-way which follows the river Camel from Bodmin Moor to the estuary mouth at Padstow.

Situated in central Cornwall, it makes an ideal base for exploring the county. For sun-bathing, surfing and sailing, the string of white sand beaches along the rugged north coast are a must: Polzeath, Padstow, Rock, Trevone and Constantine etc 10-15 miles away. Travel the same distance in the opposite direction and you find the quaint fishing ports of the gentle south coast: Fowey, Looe, Polperro, Polruan and Mevagissey are all within easy striking distance.

The Count House

Okel Tor is acknowledged by English Heritage to be one of the best surviving 19th century tin mines nationally and has recently been added to the list of scheduled ancient monuments.

The Count House is the former mine captain's office (Grade II listed), enjoying an elevated position within approximately 16 acres of natural woodland and lowland heath on the banks of the River Tamar with beautiful views of Devon. There are a number of interesting ruins and an abundance of flora and fauna.

Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and the sandy beaches at Whitsand Bay are just a short drive away. The National Trusts enchanting Cotehele House is within walking distance and the Tamar Valley Discovery Trail actually passes through Okel Tor.

Tregarrick

Ideally suited to a couple, this well appointed property adjoins the owners' home, which is set in a large secluded garden nestling on the southern edge of Bodmin Moor. Enjoying peace and tranquillity, with its own patio, there are splendid views nearby, and a footpath from Tregarrick leads, via a quiet lane, directly onto neighbouring farmland and the Moor.

Siblyback Lake is a few minutes away, where you can fish, windsurf, or just relax by the water's edge. It is a short drive to Liskeard, where leisure facilities are available, and the Eden Project can be reached in approximately 45 minutes.

An ideal base for touring the whole of Cornwall and its coastal scenery, together with Dartmoor and South Devon.

Tremarvid is a three bedroom bungalow located on the edge of the village in private gardens, yet is within a few moments walk of the heart of the sought after village of Blisland, well known for its village green with the Parish Church on the lowerside and a public house to the higherside.

The village is set just below the lovely contrasting scenery of Bodmin Moor and just above the River Camel Valley which can be joined at Merrymeeting about a mile distant and the well known Camel Trail leading from Wenford Bridge to Padstow on the North Coast.

A great base also to explore the North Cornwall attractions of coastal resorts and the Eden Project.
