Bayview Cottage

Terraced Fisherman's Cottage overlooking Brixham Harbour and town views over Torbay, even better when viewed from the upstairs lounge. Fishing trawlers coming and going with local fish.

The cottage is tastefully decorated, and carpeted throughout. It is bright and particularly cosy. Not to forget the garden though. It is up some steep steps, but once you are up there the views are breathtaking! Nice for a barbecue too. Terraces for sunbathing on a hot summers day.

Berry Head Nature Reserve within walking distance, Dartmoor by boat or car. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to entertain. Children friendly - beaches and rock pools closeby. Certainly happy holiday material.

Bluebell Cottage

5 Cottages - Believed to date back to the 17th Century; Millmans Farm still retains much of its original charm and character, former barns have been skilfully converted into self-catering cottages set around a courtyard and attractive garden with sun deck and sola heated pool. The accommodation consists of five well-equipped self-catering cottages, sleeping 2 to 8 people.

The village of Marldon is on the borders of the South Hams and its coastal neighbour Torbay on the south coast of Devon. Marldon has a peaceful village atmosphere it has three shops on the outskirts of the village and in its heart is an ancient Church and Church House Inn, which overlooks the village green. Millmans Farms location makes it a perfect base to explore the coastal attractions and moors.

Bovisand Lodge Cottage

Bovisand Lodge is a historical Country House providing holiday accommodation with three outstanding Heritage Apartments converted in 2004 from the wing of the house. Each luxury apartment is beautifully furnished and detailed. Fully integrated kitchens. Under floor heating in all bathrooms. Individual entrance, terraced patio with teak furniture and barbecue.

We are a quiet rural hideaway located on the coast, yet only six miles from Plymouth City Centre.

Corner Cottage

Cottages - We are organic dairy farmers on the South Devon coast and have four holiday cottages on the farm which are all within easy walking distance of the coastal path and a lovely beach. The vast empty wilderness of Dartmoor is also within sight and is a paradise for walkers, cyclists and horse riders.

Our cottages have rural views and secluded gardens, central heating and log fires. Kitchens are well equipped with all mod cons and we supply fresh milk from our cows when you arrive! We even stock up the freezer with a supply of our organic Well Hung Meat Company organic beef and lamb from the farm - just help yourself and leave the money in the honesty box.

There are beautiful beaches nearby such as Mothecombe Beach which has acres of sand at low tide. Dartmoor and the beaches are just as spectacular in winter, when they provide exhilarating moorland rides or dramatic coastal walks.

There are a number of good restaurants and traditional pubs nearby, particularly in the pretty village of Holbeton, or in Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo which nestle either side of the Yealm estuary just over a mile away. What ever the weather, there is always plenty to do.

Fancy's Cottage

Part of a Listed Regency building, Fancy's Cottage is set in idyllic, sheltered valley hidden on the edge of Dartmouth. The River Dart, Dartmouth Castle and Sugary Cove are a gentle stroll from the cottage and access to the Devon Coastal path is across the road.

There is a launching slip for small boats in Warfleet Creek just down the hill. Dartmouth, which is reputed to be one of the most beautiful small towns in England, is a comfortable 15 minute walk away. From there, daily boat trips run up river to Totnes, Dittisham and Agatha Christie's famous house at Greenaway.

Sailing and fishing trips can also be arranged. During the summer a steam train runs from Kingswear to Goodrington Sands and Paignton. Woodlands Leisure Park, golfing at Dartmouth Country Club and Sorely Adventure Farm are all a short drive away. The renowned Blackpool Sands beach is three miles away.

Hope Cottage is located in the original malting house of the estate, and has been tastefully furnished in modern style whilst retaining the stone features and character of the delightful property. The private enclosed courtyard is ideal for evening barbecues and relaxing in the sun.

Guests can enjoy 28 acres of private grounds, including woodland, wild flower meadows, a walled orchard and a lake. Facilities include a large heated outdoor pool, a hard tennis court, coarse fishing and a woodland play area.

South Devon has some of the finest beaches and tiny coves to be found anywhere, with the National Park of Dartmoor, several golf courses and some excellent good food inns.

All in all there is something here for everyone, and plenty of quiet corners to sit and enjoy this beautiful setting.

Built in 1996, Huxton Cottage is a quality self-contained bungalow, linked at one end to the owners' home. It is suitable for couples and families only.

Situated in the historic South Hams, close to Salcombe and Dartmouth, just two miles from the beach and about one mile from Churchstow village and the market town of Kingsbridge. Set in secluded sunny grounds of three quarters of an acre surrounded by farmland and a wood, with easy access to beaches, shops and country pubs. Garden furniture is provided.

Suitable for walking, touring, golf, birdwatching or simply relaxing.

Kebra Cottage

This charming modernised cottage is situated in the heart of Dawlish and is beautifully equipped.

The town of Dawlish is a popular sea-side resort and is famous for its Black Swans and can be found a few minutes walk from Kebra Cottage at the Brook.

The town has many individual shops, cafes, inns and restaurants there are also many things to do including boat and fishing trips, bowling, or a visit to the museum.

Other beach resorts nearby are Dawlish Warren, Teignmouth and Shaldon. Torquay and Exeter are also within easy reach, and Dawlish makes an ideal base for exploring Dartmoor.

Through the trees opposite can be seen the magnificent sweep of Torbay. Throughout the season there is a regular boat ferry service to Torquay Town Centre from picturesque Brixham Harbour, which is only 12 minutes walk through the gardens from our location.

This region has recently been granted World Heritage status, listed as an "area of outstanding natural beauty" and is a paradise for all nature enthusiasts with its unusual wildlife and lovely coastal and river walks.

There are many things to see and do in East Devon which include Bicton Botanical gardens, East Budleigh & Otterton (5 min drive), Sidmouth, Nigel Mansells Golf and Leisure complex (10 min drive), Crealy Adventure Park & Exmouth's golden sandy beach (less than 20 mins drive), the cathedral city of Exeter and Dartmoor National Park.

Set within the Dartmoor National Park, Copplestone Farm is an 18 acre holding on a quiet lane with wonderful views across the Teign Valley. We are 1.5 miles from the village of Dunsford and 7.5 miles from Exeter, convenient for both moors and coast.

The are several delightful National Trust properties within a reasonable distance, and lovely gardens to visit featured in the 'Yellow Book'.

This is excellent walking country with varied wildlife and lovely hedgerows.

We keep free-range poultry and grow most of our own vegetables. There is a large pleasant garden and table tennis in the barn. We have two cottages which we let for self-catering to non-smokers only. We regret that we cannot take pets.

The Old Granary is part of a new conversion of the outbuildings of Rolle Barton, once a monastery and more recently a farm. The house is architect designed and is a period building with a modern twist. It has the old brick arches of the original granary and is split level, and enjoys sunshine all day long. There is only a tiny sitting out space, but the walks from the house are superb, including along the River Otter and the S.W. Coastal Path.

The small village of Kingston has a good pub while Modbury has a full range of shops as well as three pubs, a bistro and two takeaway places.
