Ashfield House Apartment provides beautifully restored, luxurious and spacious, family run garden apartment accommodation set in an 18th century country house.

The apartment has charming features including an old stone bread oven in the main bedroom and an open fire in the kitchen/living area. There is a conservatory looking out onto the patio, garden and interesting underground tunnel which acts as the laundry room!

The Blackwater Valley is an area of spectacular beauty, situated in North County Cork. The Blackwater River is famous for it's fishing, both salmon and trout are found in abundance in it's waters. Biddys Grange

Biddys is a new cottage situated in beautiful countryside and close to the bustling towns of Mallow and Buttevant.

The cottage is well equipped and has International Handicapped Friendly Status. It stands on two acres of land with a large farm adjoining and overlooks a lovely lake, surrounded with wildlife.

Biddys is halfway between Cork and Shannon airports which makes it easily accessible. The perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in Ireland.

The village of Ballinspittle is close by with excellent facilities and the charming harbour town of Kinsale is approximately 5 miles way.

The magnificent cliff scenery and sheltered sandy beaches of Garretstown offer safe swimming at high water and plenty of rock pools at low tide. Other facilities available include sea, game and coarse fishing, sailing, windsurfing, golf and horse-riding.

In Kinsale visitors will find numerous restaurants with good quality eating and around 30 public houses, many featuring live traditional music.

Dorightly

Newly built 4 star house private access to seashore. Jacuzzi, sauna and complete gym. Ideal location for touring Cork/Kerry or the Mizen peninsula.

Close to Schull village where you will find shops, pubs and restaurants awaiting to cater for your every need. Schull is on the south coast of the Mizen peninsula at the foot of Mount Gabriel. It is a busy fishing harbour, a gateway to the many islands in Carbery's Hundred Isles, with ferry trips to Cape Clear and Sherkin throughout the summer.

Boats can be hired from the Watersport Centre, angling and diving trips can also be arranged, or take advantage of the excellent sailing. For land lovers you can enjoy golf, pony trekking, bicycle hire or gaze at the stars in the Planetarium.

Downlands

Downlands is a spacious old style house, built circa 1890, situated within 10 minutes walking distance of Portroe Village and 2.5 miles from Garrykennedy village, adjacent to Lough Derg on the river Shannon and apart from the peace and tranquility of the area is a central touring location for the South West, Midlands and West of Ireland.

The house, which has a 3 Star ITB Tourist rating is set approximately 250 yards from the Castlelough Road in an arboreal setting and is well equipped, with house and gardens enclosed for added privacy. The visitor also has access to approximately 2 miles of private roadway, winding through the adjacent farm with a scenic view of Lough Derg and the Arra Mountains.

Ivy Bridge Farm

Ivy Bridge Farm is set in peaceful surroundings 7 miles from Blarney and 11 miles from Cork city. It is attached to the owners house and has lovely views over the garden, surrounding countryside and the 100 acres of dairy farm which surround the property. The house is situated well away from the day to day running of the farm.

The house has been thoughtfully furnished with wrought iron and brass beds and items of period furniture. There are also wooden floors thoughout much of the house.

Mallow Town and Blarney, with its famous castle wher you can kiss the stone, are 7 miles away. Guests can explore the local countryside, scenic Kinsale and the lakes, Killarney, Bunratty castle and folk park, Cashel and Mitchels town caves - all within an easy days drive.

Ivy Cottage

Ivy Cottage is situated close to Castletownroche in the famous Blackwater Valley surrounded by beautiful rural scenery.

The Cottage is traditionally decorated and furnished to a high standard.

The Ballyhoura Hills offers excellent hill walking and for the less energetic, the beautiful and tranquil Annesgrove Gardens and the famous Blarney Castle, home of the Blarney Stone are to be found nearby. Other activities, available locally, include golf, fishing and swimming. Both towns also have a host of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and both have cinemas.

Touring: Blarney Castle, Killarney, Bunratty, the Rock of Cashel, Mitchelstown Caves, Kinsale, Cork City and Blackwater Valley all within easy reach.

Kilcor Cottage
	Kilcor is a comfortable, old-style renovated cottage, with panoramic views overlooking the Bride Valley. Ideally situated for private salmon fishing and lakes stocked with rainbow trout. There are 2 properties "The Farmhouse" and "The Loft" situated in a courtyard. They are traditional stone buildings, sensitively restored and surrounded by attractive mature gardens with a small stream forming the boundry.

"The Loft" is an apartment above the owner's pottery studio.

There are many local attractions/amenities including Lismore Castle and gardens, the renowned Salmon fishing on the Blackwater River, Mountain ond forest walks, golf, horse riding, atlantic beaches (12 miles).This is an ideal touring base.

There are many excellent bars and reataurants including "Buggys Glencairn Inn" (1mile), "Brideview" bar and restaurant (2miles), "The Shibeen Bar" with live music (3 miles). Children very welcome, games available, pottery classes on request and baby sitting.
