Anam Cré Studio is situated in Silver Birch woods in the beautiful Ballygriffin Valley just 3 miles from the popular town of Kenmare. A great vantage point from which to tour the Ring of Kerry and close to the Beara Peninsula.

There are 8 bedrooms ensuite, with reception, balcony, open plan kitchen/living room. A great sense of space within created by the vaulted ceiling in reception, the sculpted elm stairway and the long windows. Ceramic artwork throughout creates a unique ambience. Work by local artists and the use of lots of glass and woods lends to Anam Cre house a special ambiance. Ideal for family gatherings and get togethers.

When not 'pottering about' in the studio or sitting by the turf fire in a Traditional Irish atmosphere, guests can explore the surrounding woods & streams, hike mountains offering magnificent views or observe the distinctive local flora & fauna.

The proprietor, Anne O'Shea is a skilled and artistic potter, so the mainstream activity is wheel-thrown pottery, however, a wide variety of interesting and artistic subjects can be arranged for individuals or small groups during weekends. Examples include, hillwalking, drawing, sketching & painting. Other possible options include photography, building with hemp, yoga, art therapy and textile workshops.

Ballaugh

The house enjoys a quiet location from town centre with "Ballaugh Hill" at the rear of the house great to go for a quiet walk, fishing is just 1 mile and local hostelry "Darby O'Gills" is 20 min on foot - music every night with food served all day, Killarney National Park, Muchross House and gardens just a 20 min drive, horse riding, and golf, pitch and put are all within driving distance, music in all the bars, also I.N.E.C in The Gleneagle hotel have concerts and shows all through the summer.

Carrig Isle

"Carrig Isle" is situated in a superb residential location close to Muckross Road and just a few minutes walk to the town centre. It is on route to the National Park, Ross Castle and the famous lakes of Killarney.

"Carrig Isle" enjoys many natural advantages including a splendid view of the MacGillycuddy Reeks, dominated by Carrantouhill - Ireland's highest mountain.

Every conceivable amenity is close at hand including first class shopping, train and bus stations and Killarney's multitude of recreational facilities. This spacious modern semi-detached house is an ideal holiday base, with its paved patio to the enclosed rear garden, in a central location.

Grianan Allach

Grianan Allach is a delightful, modern, detached bungalow set in a tranquil area of the Dingle Peninsula, 7 miles west of Dingle.

All bedrooms have hot & cold handbasins and the master bedroom has an ensuite shower. The spacious living room has an open fire and a magnificent view of Smerwick Harbour. The separate dining room also has an open fire.

The house has a large garden and private parking facilities. It is a five minute walk from the house to a local grocery shop and church. A mile away there is a sandy beach and 1.5 miles away is the fishing village of Ballydavid. There are restaurants and pubs nearby and an 18 hole golf course at Ballyferriter about four miles away.

Central heating and electricity are extra and based on meter reading. Sheets and bedclothes are supplied free of charge. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Kinard
	This 4 bedroomed cottage is situated in its own grounds. Very secluded and private in rural settings with nature gardens. Arklow town is 6 kilometres with very good amenities, such as a beach, golf course, leisure centre, swimming pool, resturants and pubs. Ballykissangel is 8 kilometres. Central for touring Wicklow, Wexford, Rosslare and Dublin. Ferries 80 km.

Loughine House

Loughine House (sleeps 10) and its Gate Lodge (sleeps 4) are situated on 16 acres, in one of the most famous beauty spots in West Cork, near Skibbereen.

Surrounded by hills and facing a sea lough, the houses offer wonderful views from all rooms over the sea, the park or the hills.

Loughine house has a vine filled conservatory which adds considerable charm. A lovely curved staircase leads to three double bedrooms, one with a four poster bed, and to a master bathroom. There are 2 more wood panelled twin bedrooms downstairs both with bathrooms en-suite.

The Gate Lodge is an 18th century small cosy house at the entrance of the property which can accommodate 3 to 4 people. In all respects, these are outstanding properties in a superb location.

Local amenities include game fishing, shore angling, horse riding, archaeological tours, hill walking, guided walks of the area (with interpretation of flora, fauna, geology & historical sites), golf, swimming, surfing, sail-boarding & deep sea fishing charters. The nearby villages of Cloghane & Brandon also offer their pubs with traditional music. Of course, Dingle Town also has numerous shops, pubs & restaurants.

The Coach House

The COACH HOUSE is a beautiful two-storey stone building converted into a luxury self-catering accommodation. Dublin 130 miles, Limerick 40 miles, Killarney 50 miles, Cork 27 miles.
The surrounding area is very popular with hill walkers and mountain climbers. A walk called the "Avondhu Way" has been mapped out which gives people an ideal opportunity to see the surrounding country-side.
Kilworth has excellent sporting facilities such as eighteen hole pitch 'n putt course, squash, handball and tennis courts. Also in the local town of Fermoy, (only a seven minute drive away), there is a newly built swimming and leisure centre, with a gym and sauna.
Golfers have courses in nearby Fermoy and Mitchelstown. For lovers of the sport of fishing, are available on the famous Blackwater river. The newly opened "Village Arts Centre" in Kilworth hosts all types of entertainment including concerts and theatrical pieces. There are many top class restaurants in the local vicinity.
Kilworth is within one hour of the sea (Ardmore and Youghal). For those who like to go on a shopping spree not only are there top quality shops in Fermoy but Cork city is only twenty seven miles away.

Supermarket and petrol in Castlegregory 5 miles. Music, pubs and restaurants all nearby. Vegetarian cafe 1 mile. Art classes and Gallery on premises. Dingle and Fungi the dolphin 20 minutes. A day trip to Killarney and the Lakes or across the sea to the Blasket Islands.

The Old School House

The Old School House was converted into a holiday cottage in 2003 sitting within its original stonewalled playground the school provided the centrepiece for education of families within the McGillucuddy Reeks parish from 1898. With views overlooking Carrantouhill (Ireland's largest peak) and adjoining the Ring of Kerry tourist route the area is packed with entertainment for lovers of the outdoor life. Situated midway between Killarney & Killorglin all the trophy sports venues are in close proximity.

The cottage is 0.5 km off the main road, is unique in design & studiously quiet. The original school house fire is the epicentre of the open lounge/diner.
