3 Properties - The Old Orchard Bungalow is an exceptionally large chalet bungalow. 1 Flint Cottage and 2 Flint Cottage are two brand new large chalet style, flint faced bungalows. They are all situated in their own grounds at the bottom of a quiet residential road, 2km from the centre of the old historic market town of Hailsham, 8km from the coast of Eastbourne, downland, countryside, forest and marshland. All of which are within a radius of 10km.

The area is steeped in history with many places of historical interest, including: castles, priories, old villages etc... many of which are within an average distance of 10km.

Hailsham is an extremely good base if you wish to visit the surrounding areas of interest. Brighton, Hastings and Tunbridge Wells, all of which being 27km away, Lewes and Battle 18km and England's capital city - London 85km.

Blossom's Cottage was originally a brick built single storey agricultural building housing machinery, goats and pigs. The conversion to a stunning modern fully equipped self catering holiday let was completed in 2005. The spacious accommodation retains the original features of vaulted ceilings and beams.

Situated in the grounds of the owners' home, surrounded by farmland and a network of footpaths, it has a splendid view of its quiet rural location. It is about 12 miles north of the seaside town of Brighton. Within easy reach of the South Downs, N T properties and gardens, Seven Sisters Country Park, the historic towns of Lewes Arundel and Chichester. Hickstead Equestrian venue is also nearby. Ideal walking, cycling or tourist base. Blossom's offers quality and comfort for a peaceful relaxing holiday.

Electricity is included for the period 1 April to 31 October. For the period 1 November to 31 March, £25 worth of electricity is included.

A comfortable terraced house in a quiet location only 5 minutes walk from the seafront and local shops and 20 minutes level walk to the pier and town centre.

Eastbourne nestles at the foot of the South Downs enjoying above average sunshine hours. 5 miles of promenade, a 1930's bandstand and Victorian pier are within easy reach along with 4 theatres and a wide selection of restaurants. Beachy Head and Seven Sisters cliffs offer glorious walks with beautiful views. Hastings, Brighton and Lewes are all close by and trips to France operate from Newhaven only 9 miles away.

	Seaview Cottage is old, part beamed. Situated in perfect central area. Beach 50 yards, country walks, fishing, bird watching. Pub by river, Hastings and Rye to the east, Westwards to Eastbourne Newhaven, Brighton, Inland to Battle Herstmonceux and many famous gardens, or just lounge in our rear flower garden.

The Pilstyes

The Pilstyes is a grade 2 listed village house situated in the north end of Lindfield High Street.

It is in an enviable position close to all the village amenities, including 5 pubs within easy walking distance, 3 churches, butcher, chemists, supermarket,newsagent, bakers, greengrocers, bookshop, violin maker, shoe shop, dress shop, antiques shops, art gallery, florists and hairdresser.

The house was built in 1575 and is divided into two cottages. The owner, Roy and Carol, live in one and let the other. The cottage has its own entrance from the High Street and combines many period features such as exposed wall and ceiling oak timbers and leaded light windows to the front elevation. It is the quintessential English cottage that everyone dreams about, however, it is all modern conveniences.

25 minutes from Gatwick Airport, London is 45 mins by train. The Bluebell Railway, Ashdown Forest, Sheffield Park, Wakehurst Place, Leonardslee, Nymans, Borde Hill Gardens are but a few of the interesting places to visit locally with Sissinghurst and Hever etc within easy driving distance.
