3 Cottages - The cottages are set in grounds consisting of gardens densely planted with shrubs and flowers. In addition there are 3 acres of mixed woods and spectacular views down the Irfon valley.
The cottages are comfortable and well equipped with their own terrace and garden. Guests will find a natural swimming pool surrounded by mountains and forests just 2 hundred yards away.
Cwm Irfon provides an excellent base for direct access to a wide variety of walks, mountain bike tracks and bridleways. Use of the cottages includes 2 1/2 miles of fishing rights. Local amenities such as shops and a good pub can be found in Llanwrtyd Wells only 3 miles down the valley along the River Irfon.
The cottages can be rented as one to sleep up to 14 people.

Tucked away off the beaten track this 500 year old former barn/milking parlour has been renovated into a modern and spacious property, attached to the owners farmhouse.
The area offers many facilities from fishing in the river Wye and Usk, to visiting historic sites including Tintern Abbey and Nelson's Museum. Other activities include riding over the Brecon Beacons and local bridle ways, sailing, hill walking, cycling and numerous other outdoor pursuits.
To find us:- map ref S5. From the A449/A40 take the A40 Raglan turning, travel on the dual-carriage-way to the roundabout and take the fourth exit signed "Clytha"(B4589). Travel for a few miles and pass the "Clytha Inn" and take the next turning right signed "Llanarth". At Llanarth there is a church on the right on the brow of a hill, turn left there before the white house and carry on to the end of the lane.
Due to garden pond children must be supervised.

Magnificent views over unspoilt countryside towards the Malvern Hills 10 miles away. Very rural and secluded with lovely walks straight from the garden.
The cottage sleeps up to 8 in four bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. One bedroom and one bathroom is downstairs.
In winter the cottage is very warm and cosy with wood burning stove and electric night storage heaters.
Situated 1.5 miles from Whitbourne, Herefordshire. The market town of Bromyard is 6 miles away, Worcester 14 miles, Ledbury 10 miles and Leominster 16 miles away. |

A detached, recently renovated stone cottage, 3 miles north of Abergavenny in a beautiful corner of the Black Mountains. Some of the finest hill walking in southern Britain starts on the footpath that passes the front door.
There are two double bedrooms, separate bathroom and lavatory, an open plan kitchen and sitting room with a wood burning stove, exposed beams and wooden floors throughout, and a south facing walled garden with a lovely view across to open hillsides and the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain. There are a number of good local pubs: the nearest - serving real ales and good food - is two minutes by car or a delightful twenty minutes on foot.

There are a wide of activities available which include, castles of Powis, Shrewsbury and Chirk, fishing, golf at Llanymynech Golf Club (within walking distance), steam railways at Welshpool and Llangollen, walking and horse riding. There are a number of pubs and restaurants serving good food locally. |
