The Cottages Are Located on the Gaeltacht Island off Leitir Moir, which is joined to the Connemara mainland by bridge. Situated 60km west of Galway City along route R336, Leitir Moir boasts the contrasting landscape of a rugged coastline, white sandy beaches, the clear crystal waters of the Atlantic where the Irish language and the traditions and culture of the Gaeltacht are very much alive today.

Leitir Moir is an ideal base for a relaxing or activity based holiday in the West of Ireland with many attractions within easy reach not to mention the availability of traditional pubs and restaurants locally where you are assured of a warm welcome and plenty of craic with the locals.

Killeenaran
A most tasteful and cosy cottage with all facilities, Killeenaran is set only meters from the sea in the wildlife area along the shore of Galway Bay and its oyster beds.

Guests have the use of the garden, furnished patio and barbecue facilities. The cottage provides an ideal base fo walking, cycling and touring the Burren and Connemara area.

There are facilities for playing golf, going fishing and hunting in the locality. There are beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants nearby.




Mask Cottage
A warm Irish welcome assured to all our visitors. Mask Cottage is a traditional cottage on its own grounds beside the owners' working farm. It is Bord Failte approved 3 star. The Cottage offers the holiday maker many modern comforts and features an original large stone fireplace in the living room.

Local amenities include pony trekking, National Museum of Country Living, Marian Knock shrine, hill walking and spectacular drives throughout Connemara.

An ideal centre from which to fish - Lough Mask and Lough Carr - wild brown trout lakes. The owner is an experienced ghillie with own boat and private mooring on Lough Mask. Partry has two good pubs. Ballinrobe, our nearest market town is 7 miles away has good shops. Westport on the Atlantic coast is 14 miles with excellent restaurants.


Skorpios Cottage
Skorpios Cottage adjoins the main farmhouse on a working suckler herd farm, with panoramic views of Longh Derg, the old monastic site of Holy Island and surrounding hills.

The cottage is located 1.5 miles from the attractive lakeside village of Mountshannon and only half a mile from Woodpark Golf Course and Pitch & Putt course. Other local attractions include a private shoreline on the lake, walking and cycling on the nearby East Clare Walking Way, swimming, sailing, fishing, boating, cruising and many more water sports. Over 40 rivers & lakes within 20 miles. Central to Limerick, Ennis, Galway, The Burren, Cliffs of Moher & Shannon Airport.

Within the area are restaurants, food shops, supermarkets and pubs with entertainment, where you can enjoy 'a pint' and the traditional music of East Clare. You will also find a warm, friendly atmosphere awaits you.
